Facility Rental @ QSP

Weddings, graduations, birthday parties, family reunions, and other large gatherings can be difficult to find the right place to host. Let us help you with a unique place that everyone will love! Starting in 2021, we are renting out the use of the West end of our main building for community use.  

Amenities

  • Approximately 2000 square feet of open space to use. We have an open space, as well tables and chairs that can be used to seat approximately 100-150 people depending on configuration.

  • 2 standard refrigerator/freezers.

  • Electrical Outlets

  • Large windows for natural lighting

  • 3 large garage doors to be opened for air circulation and light.

  • Ample parking 

  • Handicap accessible with zero steps

  • Beautiful views of the park

  • Outdoor benches and charcoal pits next to building

  • Hotels and camping nearby

  • A code for additional restroom access will be provided with rentals.

  • Alcohol allowed (fees apply. See alcohol agreement below)

Fees

  • Wedding - $300

  • Large Group - $175

  • Graduation - $175 + $50 each additional student if combining

  • Small Group - $125

 

Need extra time for setup or cleaning up? No problem, you can ask for prior day ($50) and post day ($25) rental for a small extra fee to make sure you have plenty of time! 

Alcohol fees are as follows:

  • Wedding - $100

  • Large Group - $75

  • Small Group - $50

A deposit check equal amount to rental is required at the time of booking. Alcohol deposit is rental + $100. If building is left in same condition as when it was rented, the deposit will be shredded.
