The Colfax Parks & Rec Auxiliary Board would like to invite you to our 8th Annual Quarry Springs Park Fishing Derby! 

We will have our fishing derby open for kids to join anytime from 9-11 am.  Just come to our registration booth and if you signed up online, we'll give you a "catch" card for our judges to write down any fish that you catch.  We give first pick of prizes to kids that have caught the largest fish and the highest number of fish.  No worries, every kid walks away with prizes!

Typically, the younger kids like to fish for about a hour while older kids can't get enough even after two hours.  We'll leave that up to the parents to decide what works best for your family.

* 8:30-9 AM - Kids Fishing Walk-in Registration

* 9-11 AM - Kids Fishing Derby 

* 11:00-11:30 AM - Lunch

* 11:30 - 12 Prizes

We'll be doing a free will donation grill out lunch with hot dogs, chips, desserts, and drink with donations by Fareway, Casey's, and Kum & Go!
