The Colfax Parks & Rec Auxiliary Board would like to invite you to our primary fundraiser for 2024!  Date night with the significant other or a night out with friends is what this event is supposed to be.  Bring your kayak & canoes out for a 4 course meal and adult beverages at different stops around Quarry Springs Park.  The meal will be prepared by Goldies Ice Cream Shop (Magg Family Catering) including h'ordeuvres, salad, main course, and dessert.  Live music by local musician Richard Arndt will be played at the final stop with the dessert.  Guests can stay and party with Richard and purchase additional alcohol in our large event building (all alcohol must be purchased/provided through our liquor vendor, no BYOB).

A map of the event can be found below.  Groups of up to 40 guests will depart every 30 minutes from our main boat ramp and make an easy paddle to our first stop where they will enjoy a salad.  They will continue to our 2nd boat stop where they will enjoy the main course meal of beef/chicken & a side.  They will finish at our north lake boat ramp and head to our nearby event building to have dessert, live music by Richard Arndt, and beverages to round out the picnic.  Guests will receive 3 drink tickets with additional alcohol available for sale.

The rain date will be Sunday June 23rd at the same departure time.  If we have bad weather on the rain date, we'll remove the paddle from the event and have the entire dinner meal and music in our rental facility building starting at 5 pm.  Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Please email us at quarryspringspark@gmail.com if you need to transfer a ticket.  No ticket refunds.
